To the Wonderful Class of 1997,

I want to thank each of you for making our 10-year reunion a memorable one.  It would not have been a success without your support and participation.  The class of 1997 is remarkable.  We are composed of many professionals including doctors, nurses, teachers, business owners, law enforcement officers, contractors and managers in various industries to name a few.  We have embraced the love of family with many people describing being a parent as their greatest accomplishment.  Classmates traveled from California, Georgia, Arkansas, Texas and various areas of Louisiana to attend the reunion.  We have traveled the country as well as abroad, snorkeled off the coast of Hawaii and in the Carribean and continue to do great things.  Let us continue to pray for the military men and women of this country and especially our class.  We currently have one individual serving in Iraq and one set go at the end of this month.

I want to thank Arianne, Jamie and Kelly for allowing me to bounce initial thoughts and ideas off of them months ago.  I want to thank Keina, Lori and Arianne for helping to get the word out about the reunion initially.  Many of you probably received myspace, facebook and classmates.com messages from them.  Lorenzo and Meagan, thanks for all of help with the mixer and picnic.  Jamie thank you so much for pulling the slide show together for the dinner cruise.  Many other people played key roles in the success of the reunion, and I want to give an overall thank you.
Every planning minute was worth it after seeing the final product.

There was discussion about getting together more frequently...I'm game if you are!  Do great things and be blessed!

Warm regards,
